    Truly enjoyed staying at the junior suite. The service was good with a fast check-in. The location was incredible - just next door to the construction, Dubai Mall, which is convenient and select stores.

    Luxury rooms with breakfast with amazing views. Had perfect a flat-screen TV, a safe box and a mini-fridge-bar. Magnificent and incredible location close to At the Top Burj Khalifa Observation Deck. And just next door to the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa and the Cabana.

    The Superior Room King was elegant and comfortable. The receptionist provided really good, friendly service that impressed us. The restaurant was quick with cleaning service requests. On a less favorable note, while the location within the commercial complex is convenient, some noise from nearby areas could be distracting. The experience was nice, complemented by good fruit salads they served.

    The perfect breakfast, impeccable pool and excellent rooms. The room service was really impeccable.

    A lot of noise in the rooms on the 12th floor, as if there were a discotheque on the upper floors. The breakfast was good but it lacks a good head of room, they don't clean and you have to get up to look for forks, napkins...

    The very central location... Excellent breakfast. Large swimming pool. The staff is very attentive (sometimes it's even a bit too much but that's the game in this kind of hotel)... We were staying in the residence part and not the hotel part and after two room changes for various problems, we were finally upgraded to a first room on the hotel side and indeed it has nothing to do with the residences which are really old and sometimes dilapidated.

    The only negative point is the residence side which is really abandoned compared to the hotel side... The price we paid for a studio in the residence side is absolutely outrageous for the performance. Dirty windows, clogged sink, leaking toilet flush, telephone not working, putty spread in the joints, old yellow curtains, hair on the carpet... Fortunately, the hotel took our remarks into account and we were able to be accommodated in the hotel part of the building.

    The amazing views from our room were a highlight, especially during sunset. The staff offered attentive service, and breakfast featured an array of delicious options. For an extra treat, don't miss Chef Aiman's pasta at Cez. Highly recommend!

    Many parts of the hotel were closed for renovations, but they tried to compensate for the inconvenience with free breakfast (in the room, because the restaurants did not work either), airport transport etc. An admirable effort.
